1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused and in original condition.
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
  • A clear product unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or missing item claim.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Claims made without an unboxing video

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for return
  • Product unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
  • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Exchange Policy

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or
  • Exchange with another product of equal value

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your payment provider or bank.
